Teach With Manea Nui

We are growing our team of instructors and fitness leaders across Southern California and Las Vegas. If you carry the knowledge of Polynesian dance or movement in your body and your heart, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are Looking For

Manea Nui is built on authentic cultural instruction. We are actively seeking passionate, experienced teachers who can bring the living traditions of the Pacific Islands into our studios — and fitness professionals who want to bring Polynesian movement into the wellness space.

Māori / New Zealand

Māori Dance Instructor

We are looking for an instructor with deep knowledge of Māori performing arts — kapa haka, poi, and related traditions. You will teach the cultural context alongside the movement, helping students connect with the living heritage of Aotearoa New Zealand.

  • Grounded in Māori cultural tradition and tikanga
  • Experience teaching kapa haka, poi, or related disciplines
  • Ability to teach all ages and experience levels
  • Based in or able to travel to Southern California or Las Vegas
'Ori Tahiti / French Polynesia

'Ori Tahiti Instructor

We are seeking an experienced 'Ori Tahiti instructor to join our existing team. You will teach 'ōte'a, 'aparima, and related styles, upholding the standards of authentic Tahitian dance while making the art accessible and joyful for students at every level.

  • Trained in 'ōte'a, 'aparima, and/or 'ahu'uti
  • Competition or performance background preferred
  • Patient, encouraging teaching style
  • Based in or able to travel to Southern California or Las Vegas
Hula / Hawai'i

Hula Instructor

We are looking for a hula instructor — kahiko or 'auana — who can bring the spirit of aloha into our studios. You will teach the stories, the protocol, and the movement that make hula one of the most profound dance traditions in the world.

  • Trained in hula kahiko and/or hula 'auana
  • Understanding of oli, mele, and cultural protocol
  • Experience teaching keiki through adult students
  • Based in or able to travel to Southern California or Las Vegas
Sāmoa / Samoa

Samoan Dance Instructor

We are looking for an instructor with knowledge of Samoan performing arts — slit drum, sasa, taualuga, and related traditions. You will bring the strength, grace, and cultural depth of Samoan dance to our students, teaching movement alongside the stories and values it carries.

  • Grounded in Samoan cultural tradition and fa'asamoa
  • Experience teaching sasa, taualuga, or related disciplines
  • Ability to teach all ages and experience levels
  • Based in or able to travel to Southern California or Las Vegas
Polynesian Fitness

Polynesian Fitness Instructor

We are building a Polynesian-inspired fitness programme that blends the athleticism of Tahitian dance, hula, and Pacific movement traditions with modern workout structure. If you are a certified fitness professional with a Polynesian background or deep appreciation for the culture, we would love to collaborate with you.

  • Certified fitness instructor or personal trainer
  • Background in or strong knowledge of Polynesian dance or culture
  • Ability to design and lead structured fitness classes
  • Creative, energetic, and community-focused approach
